During its Dec. 19 session the Randolph County Commission approved multiple financial housekeeping items. Commissioner Kesling moved to approve an in-house budget revision increasing Senior Center utilities by $2,000 (account 045-952-213-00) and a second in-house revision increasing 911 contract services by $461.25 (account 007-712-230-00); both motions passed unanimously.
Commissioner See moved to approve five final settlements for estates (Margaret Grey Darden; Roger G. Fussell; Violet Louise Himes; Pauline Irene Johnson; Patricia L. Karlen) and one annual accounting for Donald Paul Martin; both passed unanimously. The commission also moved to pay the bills as submitted and approved division of property/erroneous assessments.
Forms and supporting documentation for the budget revisions were included in the meeting record; a note on the 911 revision form indicates a deposit error (funding source correction) that will require administrative follow-up.
