The Commission approved three budget revisions on Jan. 16: a state budget revision to record the $957,000 Micrologic MBPS project, a $12,447 expenditure and revenue recording for a cybersecurity grant to purchase courthouse equipment, and a $420 bond refund. Commissioner David Kesling moved the cybersecurity and bond refund revisions; all motions passed unanimously.
In routine business the Commission approved three final settlements for estate matters (Danny Charles Moss; Roger Phillip Roy; Larry Duane Smith), 18 fire fee adjustments, division of property/erroneous assessment items, payment of bills as submitted, and then adjourned. No dissent was recorded on these administrative items.
