Select Board grants conditional deferral for Max Cummins Center water connection

The board and the presenters discussed a conditional deferral that would allow the well for fire suppression and storage while leaving a requirement that the project connect to the municipal water system if and when it can reliably provide potable water and fire flow. A motion to approve the deferral with that assumption passed unanimously.
