Harvey County commissioners recess into executive session to discuss personnel matters

At 3:11 p.m. on April 23, Commissioner Becky Reimer moved that the Harvey County Board of Commissioners recess into executive session to discuss confidential non-elected personnel matters permitted under Kansas statute. Commissioner Terry Scott seconded the motion; the board voted unanimously to enter executive session and set a resumption time of 3:30 p.m. in the commission meeting room.
The minutes record that those present in the executive session would be the three commissioners plus Shannon Kingsley and Heidi Huber. The open meeting later reconvened and the board adjourned at 3:33 p.m. The minutes do not record further public action from that session.
