The city manager asked that public-hearing Item 6 (an urgent ordinance amending Division 5.03 of the development code relating to accessory dwelling units, file PDCA24-004) be continued to a date certain, Feb. 18. The chair asked for and identified a motion to continue the item (moved by Mr. Bowman and seconded by Mr. Wapner).
The clerk confirmed that one written communication had been submitted on the item and placed on the dais; the committee did not read it into the record. The council then moved on to staff and council matters.
