Council approves formation of Community Facilities District No. 73, "Wildflower Acres"

The council took a verbal vote and the clerk reported the ballots were opened and the measure carried as presented. "The ballots have been opened and the vote is yes on this item," the clerk stated on the record. No written protests were reported and staff recorded the action as passing.
