Commission President David Kesling presented an estimate from Terra Flora Landscaping to perform seasonal maintenance and flower planting at the courthouse complex and the county pool site. The full‑year estimate is $7,227.77; Commissioner Chris Siler moved to approve the contract and the motion passed unanimously.
Kesling said the scope includes spring, summer, fall and winter cleanup and floral displays for the courthouse building and the pool location. The contract will be placed in county records and paid from the appropriate maintenance line as approved in the motion.
