Randolph County approves $58,850 from opioid funds to finish Whitmer fire station

Commission President David Kesling said the Opioid Committee had discussed the request and supported using available opioid funds for the project. Turner’s written request included a thank‑you note to commissioners; he wrote, "I would like to say Thank You for everything you do for the communities you serve." The Commission recorded the motion as unanimous.
