Board deems hospital parking update de minimis; vote on relief set for Aug. 22

Counsel said the submission was housekeeping to reflect current allocation and to add the proposed 39-space valet lot into the tally if the board approves it.
Tim Sullivan described the letter submitted on parking quantities and framed the change as an administrative update. The board voted by voice that the modification qualifies as de minimis, and staff advised the board that a formal vote on any relief will occur at the Aug. 22 meeting when related relief requests are on the calendar.
The board entered departmental correspondence into the record (fire, building, health and DPW comments) and will carry those comments into the August review packet. No further public testimony was taken on the de minimis determination.
