Commissioners approve vacation of 10-foot utility easement in Powder Horn Ranch PUD

Sheridan County approved Item EV-26-001 to vacate a 10-foot-wide utility easement in Powder Horn Ranch PUD Phase 8 on April 21.
County Planner Mark Reid said Lion Dog Investments LLC (Joseph and Kendall Hartman) applied for the vacation and the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval. Kendall Hartman confirmed she and her husband purchased the property from her mother, had rented it through Lion Dog, and now reside there. Commissioner Holly Jennings moved to approve the easement vacation as recommended; the motion passed unanimously.
The action removes the recorded utility easement and will be reflected in the county's land records as directed by the motion.
