Supervisors raised implementation concerns for residents who can only haul bulky items on weekends; one suggested studying convenience-center models in neighboring counties where separate bulky containers and designated hours reduced overflow. Chair confirmed the proposal will follow the formal ordinance process and require a public hearing before any change is adopted.
