Council approves city portion of Anamosa High School access-drive site plan

Councilmember Ritz moved to approve the city’s incorporated portion of the project and Councilmember Todd seconded; the motion carried on a roll call vote.
The council asked staff to ensure drainage and stormwater details are addressed and to keep approvals limited to the mapped city area rather than the school’s entire project.
Next steps: staff will finalize conditions required for the city’s portion of the apron/approach and confirm coordination with school representatives on the portions outside city jurisdiction.
