The Chattahoochee Hills City Council unanimously approved resolution 25‑005 to extend the construction easement previously granted to The Trust for Public Land (TPL) for work at Riverlands Park.
City Manager Robbie said TPL requested another extension because construction delays pushed the timeline beyond the previous end date; the proposed extension removes a set end date and reads as an extension “until it’s time to cut the ribbon.” Robbie described the arrangement as a cost‑free benefit to the city because TPL performs work on city property. The council approved the extension with a motion and unanimous voice vote.
