The Chattahoochee Hills City Council unanimously approved resolution 25‑004 to provide $50,000 for the right-of-way phase of the Cedar Creek Bridge project on Land of Noon Road.
City Manager Robbie explained that the bridge sits near the Coweta County line and that the $50,000 covers the Tier 1 right‑of‑way phase required to provide detours while a federally funded multi‑million dollar bridge repair advances. “This is a right of way portion tier 1 of right of way portion, which is $50,000,” Robbie said. The council voted to fund the phase using T‑SPLOST funds so the larger bridge project can proceed.
