The Chattahoochee Hills City Council unanimously adopted resolution 25‑001 on Jan. 7 to set qualifying fees for the city’s Nov. 4 municipal election.
City Clerk (name not specified) read the fees and the publication requirement, saying, “pursuant to state statute, we have to publish, set, and publish the qualifying fees by February 1.” The clerk stated the qualifying fee for mayor as $144 and for each council member as $108 as read at the meeting. The council approved the resolution following a motion and second with no discussion.
