County describes Ditch 6 redetermination process as long, affecting local assessments

"This redetermination takes 9 9 to 12 months just to get that done," a commissioner said, describing a lengthy process before construction or significant ditch work could begin. The board noted local impacts including culvert failures, beaver-related blockages and property access issues; a public hearing on the matter is expected in early April in Braham.
