During the June 23 meeting the Select Board logged a set of highway purchases and maintenance plans. Nathan Hewitt reported purchases including an extension cord, garden hoses, and a grease gun; the humidifier was set up in the town garage. The board approved buying a chain saw on a motion from Tim Carter, seconded by Darin May; the motion passed unanimously.
Tim Carter and Bobbi Raiche drove roads with Ethan from RRPC and reported that Weaver Hill requires engineering. The board also recorded planned work at Cross Roads — cleaning ditches, seeding banks, adding riprap, and placing additional gravel where needed. Exact engineering scope and project schedules were not specified in the minutes.
