Planning Commission approves dwelling unit allocation rankings for unincorporated Monroe County

Tiffany Stankwitz, Development Administrator, presented the quarterly allocation report and recommended approval of ranked applicants. "Planning department recommends approval of Lower Keys applicants ranked 1 through 7 for allocation," Stankwitz said, and noted a Big Pine applicant was ranked 1 but subject to mitigation. She also said Upper Keys applicants 1 through 8 were recommended and that remaining applicants would roll over to the following quarter. The commission opened public comment and staff reported no hands raised; the chair moved to approve the recommendations, a commissioner seconded, and no 'no' votes were recorded.
