The Tinicum Township Board of Supervisors approved its monthly consent agenda, including the June payroll report ($67,730.27), monthly disbursements (general fund $399,930.87; state fund $7,561.88; escrow $5,749.26), minutes from June 2 and contractor payment #6 to Loftus Construction ($155,411.19) and change order #3 ($156,320.42). Staff noted the bridge payments were drawn from a dedicated Headquarters Road Bridge rehabilitation fund and did not use general township dollars.
The board also appointed Craig DeGroot, a long‑time resident and Tinicum Conservancy volunteer, to the Land Preservation Committee after a motion and second. Separately, the board authorized execution of a stormwater facility maintenance and monitoring agreement for 84 Red Hill Road (TMP 44-011-089). The engineer explained the property will use a tree protection zone (conservation easement style) to meet stormwater requirements rather than constructing a conventional facility.
All actions on the consent agenda, the appointment and the stormwater agreement were approved by voice votes.
