AISD details enrollment, transportation and special-education supports for Paredes reassignments

He stated the district would preserve course requests "to the best of our abilities" and aim to honor students' prioritized course selections where possible, but could not guarantee every elective would remain unchanged.
Administrators emphasized that special-education supports will be tracked centrally and case managers will reach out to students once teachers return to contract, and that the district is planning allocations of special-education staff and teacher-assistant positions at each receiving campus.
