Trustees press AISD for public dashboard as staffing shortfalls drive Paredes decision

Superintendent Segura said the district already tracks these data internally and that staff are preparing metrics and could make some elements public; trustees asked for a draft dashboard and a follow-up presentation at the next voting meeting.
The push for transparency followed administration testimony that Paredes had higher-than-normal vacancies (Segura cited roughly 15 teacher vacancies among a larger set of 63 staff positions) and that the district had attempted multiple staffing and stipend strategies to stabilize the school.
