Council on Oct. 7 ratified a retroactive purchase of a 2021 CF Moto CForce 600 ATV from Marvin Phillips for $5,000. The Borough will use the vehicle for plowing bridges and sidewalks, park clean-up and trash collection; funding will come from the Capital Equipment fund.
Leisure Time in Corry, PA inspected the ATV and reported only normal wear items such as the air filter and routine fluid service would be needed; possible tires and wheel bearing work were noted as future considerations. The motion to approve the retroactive purchase was made by Councilor Joyce and seconded by Councilor Steadman.
