Borough Manager Cindy Wells reported that the Borough received three grants totaling $264,000 to continue improvements on the first floor of the City Building: $75,000 from the ECGRA Anchor Building Grant, $35,000 from the Helping Today Grant through the ECF, and $154,000 from the Community Project Fund obtained through U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly’s office.
Wells said the combined funding will support continuing improvements to public-facing space on the first floor; Council did not record further debate and accepted the report for follow-up planning.
