Trustee Ross says an individual has been banned from renting B.C. Ross Community Center; board to review rental fees

During trustee reports Trustee Ross informed the board that the village has banned an individual from renting the B.C. Ross Community Center due to a failure to comply with the facility’s rental rules and regulations.
"There is now an individual that is banned from renting the B.C. Ross Community Center due to non-compliance with the rules and regulations, of the rental agreement," Trustee Ross said. Ross and President Tina Shingleton will meet to determine updated rental fees and report back to the board.
Ross also raised routine maintenance needs including brush trimming at the intersection of Crackers Neck and Baptist Hill and trimming around the stop sign at the bottom of Baptist Hill; the board did not record a separate motion on those maintenance items but noted them for staff follow‑up.
