Board approves purchase of Bobcat Compact Track Loader and adopts working budget for FY 2025–2026

Trustee Wolff moved to proceed with the equipment purchase; Trustee Allen seconded the motion, which carried on a voice vote with all members present voting yes. The minutes record that President Tina Shingleton will consult the village attorney and have a resolution prepared and properly recorded and published in the village minutes; the minutes do not include purchase price, vendor name, or funding source for the equipment acquisition.
