"MOTION TO ACCEPT THE QUOTE OF $16,679.00 FROM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OF PA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE CANOE/KAYAK LAUNCH AT THE DESIGNATED AREA AT THE AMERICAN LEGION BALL FIELD," moved Councilor Osborn and seconded Councilor Kerns; the motion carried unanimously, contingent on the borough receiving an easement from the American Legion.
