Dorset zoning administrator reviews October report; commission corrects minutes

Chair Gay Squire asked whether a new bathroom at 239 Cheney Road would trigger increased water usage; Frank Parent, who had worked on that property, said it "would not." Commissioner Kit Wallace asked how many buildings could be constructed at 2028 Lower Hollow Road; Yandow responded that "the use would determine this." These exchanges were recorded as part of the zoning report portion of the meeting.
Earlier in the meeting the commission approved the minutes of its Sept. 3, 2024 meeting with one correction. Scott Thompson moved to approve the minutes, David McAneny seconded, and the motion carried 6-0-0. The minutes were corrected to change the Design Review Committee listing from "Glenn Callen" to "Mark Daniels."
