Committee approves partial payment and seeks grants for Recreation Complex

Committee members discussed park amenities: some residents favor pickleball courts while others prefer basketball. Mrs. Shaw said she is prioritizing upgrades and the Committee noted prior nearby basketball options at the school and in neighboring Penns Grove. The approvals permit the Township to request external grant funding and to proceed with necessary contractor payments while pursuing supplemental funds.
