When asked whether the town would do site clearing or construct the driveway, Lisa Cueman posed a direct question and Town Manager Rob Gaiotti replied that "it's unlikely that the Town would do any physical work, just acquire the permits." The board also discussed a possible green-space outcome if Dorset Hollow Corp were to offer an adjacent 26-acre parcel; after an executive-session discussion the board directed the manager to contact Dorset Hollow Corp and to solicit engineering estimates to enable a driveway permit application.
