Parish authorizes planning for Paul Angelle Park and Cecilia Civic Center improvements

The resolution passed with a recorded vote; one member, Vincent Alexander, voted NAY on the funding allocation recorded in the minutes.
Parish staff is authorized to proceed with planning and procurement consistent with state law and parish purchasing policies; the Council directed the Parish President to expend funds under the specified budget line for these capital improvements.
