"John Bradbury, you were a city council member in 2018 when you violated your oath of office by knowingly assisting and completely regrading the backyards of neighbors and helping to destroy a detention pond structure in our neighborhood," Kortum said. She asked the council to produce emails and records she said were promised and said the family has engaged attorneys seeking access and remediation.
A later commenter at the meeting expanded the allegation, recited communications and an open-records history, and said the family will continue attending meetings until the matter is addressed.
