Summit Planning Board approves agenda and June 22 minutes at short meeting

Chair Todd Holmes opened the Town of Summit Planning Board meeting, called roll and confirmed a quorum before asking for approval of the agenda. A motion "to approve the agenda as presented" was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote.
The board then reviewed minutes from its June 22 meeting. After discussion that there were no suggested revisions, members moved to approve the minutes; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. "Please note that we do have a quorum and contend to the business before us this evening," Chair Todd Holmes said during roll call.
