Mrs. Shaw reviewed the Recreation budget and asked that a line for security cameras be corrected to $5,000. She said commission members are discussing events for the coming year.
C. Ehret told the committee she placed $50,000 in capital to cover additional costs related to grants. Committee members discussed using remaining Phase III Rec Complex grant funds to replace a split-rail fence with composite material and considered purchasing two one-arm trash trucks and replacement trash cans.
The Committee asked staff to bring estimates for the fence replacement and trash-collection equipment and confirmed that Fire/Rescue departments will be on the agenda at the next meeting.
