Trustee says railway-governed trailer is beyond village control, per attorney

Ben said he is continuing to work with residents on cleaning up properties, but the attorney’s statement framed the railway trailer issue as outside the scope of local zoning enforcement. No enforcement action or legal motion was recorded at the meeting.
