The South Weber Planning Commission voted 5‑0 on Oct. 9 to approve the Harvest Park preliminary plat, allowing subdivision of an 11.3‑acre parcel at approximately 6980 S and Cobblestone Drive into 10 single‑family lots. Applicant Layne Kap presented the proposal and the City Engineer recommended preliminary plat approval.
Commissioners stated the proposed densities comply with the R‑M (Residential Moderate Density) zone and meet the applicable requirements for preliminary approval. Commissioner Chris Roberts moved to approve the preliminary plat; Commissioner Julie Losee seconded and the motion carried with Commissioners Boatright, Losee, McFadden, Roberts and Skola voting aye.
