Commission recommends removing Private Road Section C from city standards

Brandon Jones said the change would simplify standards and align with long‑term infrastructure goals. Community Development Manager Lance Evans noted the cross‑reference text must also be updated. Commissioner Julie Losee moved to recommend approval to the Council and Commissioner Chris Roberts seconded; Commissioners Boatright, Losee, McFadden and Roberts voted aye.
