RVSD grants tentative approval for Oak Hill sewer extension permit in Larkspur

On Feb. 18 the Ross Valley Sanitary District Board granted tentative approval for Public Sewer Extension Permit No. 411 for construction within East Sir Francis Drake Blvd. and Drakes Cove Road in Larkspur (the Oak Hill development).
GM Steve Moore introduced the location and noted that the District force main is located within the development footprint, and that future maintenance or force‑main work in that area will be difficult. The motion to grant tentative approval (Gaffney/Sylla) passed unanimously.
Why it matters: tentative PSX approval allows the developer to proceed with permitting steps while the District flags the presence of a force main that may constrain future maintenance and require coordination during construction and beyond.
