Nominations were made and approved by roll call: Nikki Auna nominated Jake Karnopp for board chair (seconded by Avonna Starck); Auna nominated Sara Jones for vice chair; Starck nominated Nikki Auna for treasurer; and Auna nominated Avonna Starck for clerk. Each motion was recorded as carried in the minutes. The board recorded six members present during the votes.
