Montrose council approves thermal-camera purchase, honors retiring firefighter

Kevin of the fire department described the camera request and historical prices for context: "The full package price is $9,858.70... the 2 that we have are from 2014." The council approved the purchases and recognized Mortensen's service during the meeting.
