The board did not attach additional conditions to the start date specified in the motion.
The decision was made during regular business after the consent agenda; absent board members for the vote were Darrin Anderson and Marcia Provencher. The district will register the team or program with the MSHSL and proceed with logistics and student outreach prior to the March 4 start date.
