Wayne Wilson is identified in the minutes as Clerk of the board.
The meeting opened at 5:00 p.m. in the Foley Intermediate School Media Center and listed six members present — Sharon Kipka, Patric Lewandowski, Wayne Wilson, Nathan Anderson, Alyssa Schumacher and Pamela Vizenor — with Stephanie Rudnitski absent. After the closed session the minutes state: "Motion by Wayne Wilson to Re-open the meeting, seconded by Nathan Anderson and the motion was carried unanimously. 6-0." The board then adjourned at 7:02 p.m. on a motion by Sharon Kipka, seconded by Patric Lewandowski, carried 6-0.
