Amy asked whether the board’s parametrics recommendations focused on businesses or included government facilities; Dylan replied that public‑works provided prioritized locations for grant applications and that apartment complexes were a key underserved use case: "I mean, I suspect chargers at city hall or the public library aren't gonna get used a lot… where it's gonna get used is… apartment complexes where people don't have access otherwise," Robert said. The board asked Dylan to follow up with public works on current grant status and to report back next month so members can coordinate outreach to council and neighboring jurisdictions.
