The motion to adopt the resolution was moved by Board Member Zastrow and seconded by Lori Hollenkamp; the board recorded Aye votes from Gohman, Hollenkamp, Levin, Wright, Zahnow and Zastrow, with Member Wolf absent. The board clerk’s packet records smaller gifts and scholarships as well, such as a $200 donation to the Kylie Goff Scholarship. The board adopted the resolution under its statutory authority to accept gifts and bequests for district purposes.
