Committee members approved the meeting agenda and the minutes of the Jan. 27, 2026 meeting by unanimous voice votes after motions from Collin Beachy and seconding by Kim Ellison. Staff then presented recent financial statements for November 2025 through January 2026, provided an update on the FY2025 financial audit and briefed the committee on the FY2027 budget process. The committee adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
