Joell Miranda moved to approve Jay Zapzalka as chair and Joell’s nomination was seconded by Ron Saxton; the motion passed with a 4‑0 vote (Sarah Kingsley and Haley Wentz were absent). Jay Zapzalka then nominated Ron Saxton to continue as vice‑chair; the motion, made by Zapzalka and seconded by Jeremy Nelson, also passed 4‑0. Jeremy Nelson moved to elect Joell Miranda as clerk, seconded by Jay Zapzalka; that motion likewise passed unanimously.
The board re‑elected Sarah Kingsley as treasurer in a motion made by Jeremy Nelson and seconded by Joell Miranda; the vote was recorded as 4‑0 with two members absent.
