Both procedural motions were made by Teri LaFountain and seconded by Allan Malaterre; recorded votes show LaFountain, Malaterre and Dr. Wanda Parisien voting yes while Elmer Davis and Craig Lunday were recorded absent. The meeting was adjourned at 11:51 a.m.
