City manager briefs council on primary voting locations and community events

City Manager Miss Crawford briefed the council on voter options and upcoming city events. She said Ramsey County administers elections and listed three early voting locations in Ramsey County; she also reminded residents that primary polling places will be open on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and that the regular council meeting will be moved to Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 7 p.m.
Crawford also highlighted community events and city-supported programs: the farmer's market runs through Oct. 30 on Fridays, a last market fest of the season is scheduled, and National Night Out is set for the evening of Aug. 4. She asked council members and residents to consult Ramsey County's elections website for detailed locations and times and thanked council members for their participation in community outreach events.
