Mulberry staff outline summer library and cultural programs, workshops and exhibits

The staff presentations emphasized partnerships with the Gem Theater and local performers; the presenters singled out Rory Lawrence, a Mulberry High graduate, as a recent partner who rented the Gym Theater and promoted performances.
