City manager updates council on road closures, Hooke Road project and fiber-optic work

She urged Frontier contractors to knock on residents' doors before entering right-of-way areas and asked residents to report complaints so the city can coordinate repairs and stewardship.
Council members asked follow-up questions about the Hooke Road schedule and fiber work; Elaine offered to relay resident complaints to the city's Frontier contact.
