"I would make a motion that we approve the Route 2 rotary design letter to Massachusetts Department of Transportation, as presented with the edits as discussed during the meeting," said Cameron McKennett before the roll‑call vote. Board members praised the final text as strong and directed the chair to send the letter out this week.
